Job Description

We are seeking experienced and professional Limousine Drivers to join our transportation company. Drivers will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and safe, timely transportation to passengers using platforms such as Uber, Careem, Yango, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations using designated ride-hailing apps. Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and presentable limousine vehicle at all times. Provide excellent customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor, and ensuring a comfortable ride. Follow all traffic laws and regulations as per UAE standards. Use the ride-hailing platform's app for accepting and completing trips. Maintain trip records and vehicle log reports as needed. Handle payments through app systems or company procedures (if applicable). Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately to the company. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License - Category 3 (Light Vehicle/Limousine). Good knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and traffic rules. Ability to use smartphone applications (navigation and ride-hailing apps). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:

Familiarity with Uber, Careem, Yango, or other ride-hailing apps. Basic English and/or Arabic language skills. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
