Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport clients to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and maintaining a friendly, respectful attitude. Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the limousine at all times (interior and exterior). Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure efficient route planning. Follow UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and company policies at all times. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Keep accurate records of trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports. Remain on-call during assigned shift times and respond promptly to dispatch notifications. Ensure passengers' privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License - Category 3 or 6 (as required by RTA for limousine drivers). Minimum 2 years of limousine or professional driving experience in the UAE. Good knowledge of UAE roads, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and key urban areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Neat and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts. RTA Permit/Card (Desirable or can be facilitated by the company).

Preferred Qualities:

Punctual and reliable with a calm and patient demeanor. Familiar with navigation systems (GPS, Google Maps, Waze). Experience in VIP client handling is an added advantage.
