Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting and home automation sectors across the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key clients.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source and promote high-quality lighting and automation solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and project proposals for commercial and residential clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project submissions to ensure successful deal closures.
Provide lighting design support using Dialux and perform lux level calculations to meet project specifications.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in lighting and automation.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic account growth.
Coordinate closely with the design and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an updated client and manufacturer database to support ongoing business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
