We are currently seeking an experienced Lighting Installation, Dismantling, and Programming Technician to join our technical team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).

Key Responsibilities

Install, rig, and focus lighting fixtures and systems for events, shows, and exhibitions.

Dismantle and safely pack lighting equipment after each project.

Program and operate lighting consoles (e.g., MA Lighting, Avolites, Chamsys, etc.).

Conduct pre-show testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all lighting systems.

Ensure compliance with all electrical and safety standards.

Collaborate with designers and production teams to execute lighting setups as per plans.

Manage lighting equipment inventory and report maintenance or repair needs.

Support setup, rehearsals, and live show operations on-site.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the UAE in event lighting installation, programming, and dismantling.

In-depth knowledge of DMX control systems, cabling, and lighting networks.

Hands-on experience with professional lighting consoles and fixtures.

Strong understanding of trussing, rigging, and power distribution.

Ability to read and interpret lighting plots, technical drawings, and layouts.

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in fast-paced environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

UAE Driving License (preferred).
