Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Lighting Designer

to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on designing creative, functional, and energy-efficient lighting solutions for a variety of projects. The Lighting Designer will work closely with the sales, engineering, and project teams to develop lighting concepts, layouts, and technical drawings that align with client requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop lighting design concepts and solutions based on client briefs and project requirements Prepare lighting layouts, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and relevant software Assist in lighting calculations, fixture selection, and specification of LED products Coordinate with sales, project, and technical teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Support client presentations by explaining design concepts, lighting effects, and product choices Ensure designs comply with local regulations, standards, and energy-efficiency guidelines Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams Maintain organized project documentation and design records

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Lighting Designer or in a related lighting design / technical role Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of lighting design software is a plus Strong understanding of LED lighting products, applications, and industry trends Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
