Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide reliable and safe transportation of construction site workers, supervisors, and light materials between project sites, accommodations, and other company locations within Dubai and nearby emirates

? Key Responsibilities

:

Transport workers and site staff between accommodations, construction sites, and designated pick-up/drop-off points.

Drive light-duty vehicles such as vans or company cars for errands, deliveries, and site visits.

Assist with transporting small construction tools, equipment, and documents.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing, fuel top-ups, and general upkeep.

Keep accurate daily logs of trip timings, fuel usage, vehicle condition, and any incidents.

Follow company schedules strictly, especially during shift changes and time-sensitive construction deadlines.

Adhere to UAE traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.

Assist site supervisors with logistics errands when needed (e.g., document drop-offs, material pickup).

Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the transport coordinator or site manager.

? Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Manual preferred - Category 3).

Minimum 2

years of driving experience

in the UAE (preferably with labor/staff transport or construction industry exposure).

Familiarity with construction site locations and routes in Dubai and neighboring emirates.

Basic vehicle maintenance skills (e.g., checking fluids, tires, battery).

Good time management and reliability during early morning or night shifts.

Ability to lift and move lightweight construction tools/materials (up to ~20 kg).

Professional attitude with good communication in basic Arabic, English, or Hindi/Urdu.

Physically fit and flexible with working hours, including weekends or extended shifts if required.

? Preferred:

Prior experience with labor camp transportation or construction company logistics.

Basic understanding of vehicle logbooks, route optimization, and shift schedules.

Familiar with Dubai Municipality or site safety protocols (bonus but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
