Document Handling and Collection
Collect bills, invoices, and other official documents from various offices, banks, or client locations as instructed.
Deliver official correspondence and documents between departments, branch offices, or partner organisations.
Ensure all documents are handled securely and reach the correct recipient in a timely manner.
Financial and Payment-Related Tasks
Collect cheques and payments from clients and business partners as authorised.
Handle small amounts of company cash responsibly when performing assigned duties (e.g., paying bills, renewing licenses, or making deposits).
Maintain clear records of all collections and submissions to ensure accountability.
Vehicle Operation and Upkeep
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times, following UAE traffic laws and company procedures.
Conduct routine checks to ensure the vehicle is clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or required maintenance promptly.
Administrative Assistance
Support office operations by running official errands as required (e.g., bank visits, government offices, suppliers).
Assist in filing, document tracking, and submission processes when requested by the administration team.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information.
Professional Conduct
Present a professional image of the company when dealing with external parties.
Follow all company rules, safety procedures, and reporting protocols.
Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and integrity in all assigned duties.
