The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced, professional, and well-presented Drivers to join our elite team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and luxurious transportation to our valued clients. You will represent the Awesomedrive.ae standard of excellence, ensuring that every ride is seamless, comfortable, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Safe & Defensive Driving: Operate the vehicle in a safe, cautious, and defensive manner at all times, strictly adhering to all UAE traffic laws and regulations.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide a 5-star chauffeur experience. Greet clients politely, assist with luggage and doors, and maintain a friendly yet professional and discreet demeanor.

Punctuality & Reliability: Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, accounting for traffic and other potential delays. Punctuality is non-negotiable.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Keep the assigned vehicle impeccably clean, both internally and externally, and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Navigation & Route Planning: Expertly navigate using GPS and local knowledge to determine the most efficient routes. Stay updated on road conditions, closures, and events.

Client Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when serving corporate clients and family members. Client conversations and activities must remain private.

Adaptability: Comfortably switch between different client categories - from formal corporate transfers to accommodating the needs of families with children.

Technology Use: Efficiently use the Awesomedrive.ae driver app for managing bookings, navigating, and communicating with the operations team.

Qualifications & Experience

A valid UAE driving license is

mandatory

A minimum of

3 years

of professional driving experience.
Proven experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
Corporate chauffeur services
Family / private driver roles
Luxury hotel transfer services
Ride-hailing platforms with a high rating
A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

For Corporate Drivers: Experience in handling high-profile executives with professionalism and discretion.

For Family Drivers: Experience and comfort in working with families, including child safety awareness.

Skills & Personal Attributes

Exceptional Customer Service: Impeccable manners, patience, and a client-first attitude.
Professional Appearance: Neat, tidy, and well-groomed at all times.
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (verbal). Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a significant advantage.
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful driving situations or with demanding clients.
Trustworthiness & Integrity: Must be reliable, honest, and possess a high degree of integrity.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and applications for navigation and communication.
