Position Overview

As demand for our elite services continues to rise, we are expanding our team of professional chauffeurs. We seek highly skilled

Light Vehicle Drivers (Chauffeurs)

who embody professionalism, reliability, and a dedication to providing five-star service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

safe, punctual, and discreet chauffeur services

for high-profile clients, including VIPs, executives, and corporate guests. Ensure assigned vehicles are

impeccably clean, well-maintained, and fully prepared

for each journey. Assist passengers with luggage, door service, and personalized requests, ensuring a

seamless luxury experience

. Navigate efficiently across Dubai and the UAE using GPS systems, traffic apps, and route planning tools. Adhere to all

UAE traffic laws

, RTA/ITC regulations, and RSL's internal policies on safety, etiquette, and professionalism. Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs promptly, and manage trip logs accurately.

Candidate Requirements

License:

Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience within the UAE.

Age Range:

23 - 38 years.

Driving Record:

Clean history with thorough knowledge of Dubai's roads, airports, landmarks, and key destinations.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are advantageous.

Appearance:

Always well-groomed, clean-shaven, and professionally dressed (business suit or company uniform).

Tech Proficiency:

Confident using mobile apps, GPS devices, and digital dispatch/booking platforms.

Personal Traits:

Courteous, discreet, punctual, respectful, and service-oriented with strong cultural sensitivity.

Physical Fitness:

Capable of assisting with luggage and performing physical tasks as required.

Preferred Background

Experience in

luxury chauffeur services

, limousine companies, or high-end hospitality sectors. Familiarity with

premium vehicle brands

(Mercedes, BMW, Rolls-Royce, etc.) and luxury service protocols. Drivers registered with RTA must provide a

valid NOC

for card unlinking.

Additional Information

Must be flexible and available for

rotational shifts

, including weekends, public holidays, and special events. Compliance with

UAE labor laws
