Job Description
Vehicle Inspection and Reporting
Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections
: Check exterior parts, tires, glass, and wipers; verify the vehicle is in good running order before departure.Reporting Issues
: Promptly report any maintenance needs, defects, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate manager or supervisor.Safety Checks
: Perform necessary health and safety checks to ensure the vehicle is safe and legally compliant.Maintenance and Cleanliness
Basic Maintenance
: Perform basic maintenance tasks like refueling and cleaning the vehicle's exterior and interior.Hygiene
: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle, including floors and seats.Logistics
: Requisition and receive necessary supplies such as petrol, diesel, and spare parts.Record Keeping
Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and completed maintenance.Log Entries
: Complete required returns and logs as specified by management.Compliance and Safety
Adherence to Laws
: Ensure all driving is done in compliance with traffic laws and company safety regulations.Emergency Procedures
: Be familiar with and adhere to emergency procedures and accident protocols.Vehicle Documents
: Keep all required vehicle documents, like licenses and insurance, up to date.Job Type: Full-time
