Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Safely operate off-road vehicle for guided tour and activities within the environment.

Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicle ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition

Adhere to the safety protocol and regulation ensuring guest safety and comfort during the ride

Plan and execute desert tours, considering environmental impact, safety, and guest satisfaction

Assist guest in embarking and disembarking from vehicle, providing necessary safety instructions and equipment for the Eco retreat experience

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle to keep them in good working condition

Provide dessert tour to the guest providing information on ecosystem, and heritage culture of Pura Eco Retreat.

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during buggy excursions, adhering to all safety protocol and safety regulation.

Report any incident, accident, or any vehicle issue to the management

Collaborate with other employees to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience .

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs professionally and courteously .

Provide first aid or emergency assistance if required during the buggy tour ensuring the well-being of the guest.

Participate in training sessions, safety drills and educational programs related to the desert environment, enhancing personal and guest safety awareness.

Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, actively contributing to the overall ambience and spirit of the eco retreat.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
