Responsibilities
Safe Driving
Operate light vehicles safely and responsibly at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and road signs.Timely Transportation
Transport passengers, goods, or documents to assigned destinations promptly. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules.Vehicle Maintenance
Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly. Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained (interior and exterior).Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain a daily log of mileage, fuel consumption, and destinations. Ensure all necessary vehicle documents (registration, insurance, license) are up-to-date.Route Planning
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery. Use GPS or maps to avoid traffic and road closures.Customer Service
Maintain professional behavior with passengers or clients. Assist with loading and unloading items, if necessary.Compliance
Follow company policies and procedures. Wear proper uniform (if required) and carry identification at all times.Fuel Management
Refuel the vehicle as required and keep receipts if needed for reporting.Emergency Handling
Act calmly and responsibly in case of accidents or emergencies. Report incidents immediately to the supervisor or manager.Accommodation
