Job Description

Transport packages/kits to and from destinations Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to the schedule. Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays Use navigation applications to determine the best route Provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries, ensuring any required paperwork is completed. Communicate politely and professionally with clients Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the supervisor and arrange for necessary repairs or maintenance. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, both inside and out, at all times Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations. Ensure valid licensing and up-to-date vehicle documentation (e.g., registration, insurance). Maintain a record of driving activities, fuel usage, and vehicle mileage. Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent potential safety hazards. Follow protocols in the event of an accident or emergency. Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:

Valid Driver's License: Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation role. Knowledge of Local Roads No history of serious traffic violations or accidents. Ability to communicate effectively Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle and transport goods with care. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (if required). Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
