Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience supervising lifting operations in Oil & Gas or construction projects.
Certification in lifting operations and rigging (e.g., LEEA, NCCCO).
Strong understanding of lifting equipment, safety standards, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
