Strong knowledge of lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe lifting practices
Ability to coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers
Good communication and leadership skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations at site
Prepare, review, and implement lifting plans and method statements
Ensure all lifting equipment and accessories are certified and in safe working condition
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before lifting activities
Monitor lifting operations to ensure compliance with EIAC and HSE standards
Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions immediately
Coordinate with site management to ensure smooth and safe operations
Maintain proper records, permits, and inspection documents
