We are looking for a qualified and safety-focused

Lifting Supervisor

to manage and oversee lifting operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in

lifting equipment, accessories, rigging procedures

, and will ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all lifting activities on-site and ensure safe execution of operations. Verify lifting plans and ensure proper rigging techniques and procedures are followed. Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to confirm certification and readiness. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site management. Maintain proper documentation, daily reports, and incident logs. Enforce safety protocols and intervene when unsafe practices are observed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry. Valid

Lifting Supervisor certification

approved by a third party in the UAE.

LEEA-approved certification

is

preferred

and will be given priority. Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging practices, and lifting safety procedures. Familiarity with local authority requirements is mandatory. Strong communication and leadership skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
