Job Description
Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination
: Develop and implement detailed lift plans, including assessing load weights, selecting appropriate equipment, and coordinating with other site activities to ensure smooth operations.Team Supervision and Training
: Lead and supervise a team of riggers, crane operators, and other personnel, providing training and guidance on lifting procedures and safety protocols.Safety Compliance and Risk Assessment
: Conduct pre-lift risk assessments, implement control measures to prevent accidents, and ensure all lifting operations comply with health and safety regulations.Equipment Inspection and Maintenance
: Monitor the condition and maintenance of lifting equipment, ensuring all machinery is fit for use and properly inspected and serviced according to schedules.Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, including inspection records, permits, and licenses, and provide regular reports to project managers on the status of lifting operations.Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Lifting Supervisor in a construction or similar industry Must be capable of reviewing and revising lift plans Candidate must be in UAE and can join immediately
