We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifting operations, with a focus on safety and compliance. As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all lifting activities, ensuring that they are conducted safely and efficiently.
Minimum requirements:
Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
Certification in lifting operations or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Plan and supervise lifting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks prior to lifting activities.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure smooth execution of lifting tasks.
Inspect lifting equipment regularly for safety and compliance.
Maintain detailed records of lifting operations and equipment inspections.
Provide training and guidance to team members on safe lifting practices.
