to join our team for Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising all lifting and rigging operations to ensure they are executed safely and in compliance with approved procedures, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and control all lifting and rigging activities at site
Ensure lifting operations are carried out in accordance with approved lift plans, risk assessments, and method statements
Verify that cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging gear are certified and fit for use
Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift meetings
Enforce compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site management
Stop unsafe lifting operations and report incidents or near-misses
Requirements:
5 Days Rigging Supervisor Training Certificate from QE-LNG approved agencies (mandatory)
Minimum 10 years of experience
in the lifting field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigging/Lifting Supervisor
Oil & Gas experience preferred
Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
Good leadership and communication skills
