Job Description
We are looking for a qualified
Lifting Supervisor
with strong experience in managing and supervising lifting operations at site. The candidate must hold avalid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate
and demonstrate thorough knowledge of lifting procedures, equipment, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Review and
understand lifting plans, load charts, and rigging configurations.
Ensure compliance with company, contractor, and international lifting standards. Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks with rigging teams. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers during critical lifts. Ensure all lifting equipment is properly certified and fit for use.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in lifting operations (construction / industrial projects).Valid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate
(mandatory). Excellent knowledge of lifting techniques, rigging tools, and safety regulations.Good English communication skills
to pass PTW (Permit to Work) exam and interviews. * Ability to confidently attend and pass contractor/company competency assessments.
