The Lifting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the set-up, maintenance, and safe and efficient operations of the lifting equipment. He is responsible for coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with regulations and must be present during all lifting operations.

He is required to be systematic and mechanically inclined in order to use and operate rigging and lifting equipment and execute operations. He is also expected to work in rotating shifts and under time pressure. He is also expected to work with internal stakeholders to accomplish his/her work

Minimum requirements:

Should have more than 5 years of related experience Approved by Qatar Energy is a plus, but not mandatory Can provide an experience letter from the current employer Completed training from Qatar Energy-approved agencies Only Freelancer will be accepted Must be locally available in Qataro A holder of a valid QID for at least 3 months before the expiration Can join immediately
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Inspect all the ringing accessories to be used as per the safety precautionary measures before lifting is to be utilized Prepare lifting plans before executing the lifting of heavy equipment in submit to clients for approval Responsible for ensuring that the lifting equipment and gear used are maintained and stored properly Coordinate & supervise all lifting activities as per lifting plans.

Location is in Birkat Al Awamer The duration of the project is three (3) months, extendable Project name: Wakra & Wukair, Drainage Tunnel (WWDT)
