Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
Lifting Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising lifting operations in construction company.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site. Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety standards and project requirements. Conduct inspection of lifting gear, equipment, and accessories before operations. Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments when required. Communicate effectively with crane operators, riggers, and site team. Ensure site safety and proper implementation of HSE procedures.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor. Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate (preferred: TUV/DM/ADQCC or equivalent). Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safe lifting practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Must be available to join immediately (if applicable).
