We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused
Lifting Supervisor
to oversee lifting operations on our construction/site projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with local regulations and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise all lifting operations on site. Ensure lifting equipment is inspected, certified, and suitable for the task. Conduct Toolbox Talks and risk assessments before lifting operations. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signalers. Monitor weather and site conditions affecting lifting activities. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project-specific lifting plans. Keep accurate records of lifting operations and incidents.
Requirements:
Valid
Lifting Supervisor Certification
. Minimum of 3years' experience in lifting operations. Good knowledge of cranes, lifting gear, and rigging techniques. Strong understanding of safety regulations and lifting plans. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions. Strong leadership and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
