The person who executes the lifting plan. Should be qualified, trained, certified and competent to supervise specific lifting operations. Certain types of lifting plans can be prepared (provided they are trained, qualified and certified). ADNOC experience is mandatory Total working experience, at least 5 years within UAE is mandatory
