Min Degree or Diploma Min 2 LEEA Min 4 years Lifting experience. Good Computer proficiency Good Communication skill Since Long term employee, min 3 years need to serve the service in the company. To verify the manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance and inspection documents prior to lifting inspections. Responsible to make sure to have the entire required inspection tool for inspection activities. Responsible to maintain the inspection tool given to him by the company. To verify that all the measuring. Inspection and Testing tool related to lifting Dept. is in valid state of calibration prior to use. Responsible to perform visual inspection on lifting equipment and lifting gear as per the client requirement and international standards. Responsible to carry out functional test on lifting equipment as per the client requirement and international standards. Responsible to carry out load test on lifting equipment as per the client requirement and international standards. To perform required NDT inspection To attend various trainings as per company requirement To perform various jobs related to lifting and rigging To undergo necessary training as per company competency requirement. Responsible to make report based on inspection and testing. To perform inspections and tests as specified in the Quality Control Plan in conjunction with Drawings, Codes, and Standards and Client Specification. To Liaison with both the Client / Third Party Inspector for all job related Inspection and Testing. To check record and maintain the daily lifting related records. To maintain inspection and test status through all stages of Testing. Responsible for his own safety and others safety working around him. Responsible to adhere and follow the implemented Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policy, objectives and procedures. Responsible to have reasonable care towards the environment and contribute in energy savings and waste reduction.
