Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and review

lifting plans

and

method statements

for routine and critical lifting operations. Conduct

risk assessments

and ensure implementation of

control measures

. Supervise lifting operations on-site to ensure compliance with ADNOC's

Lifting & Hoisting Procedure

. Coordinate with

site engineers

,

rigging crews

,

crane operators

, and

safety officers

. Ensure that lifting equipment (cranes, slings, shackles, etc.) is

certified, inspected, and fit for use

. Act as the

focal point

for all lifting operations and liaison with ADNOC Lifting Authority. Maintain updated

lifting equipment register

and

lifting team competency records

. Lead

Toolbox Talks

and

pre-lift meetings

to communicate safe lifting procedures. Stop any lifting activity that presents an

immediate risk to safety

or deviates from the plan. Ensure lifting operations comply with ADNOC

HSE rules

,

PTW (Permit to Work)

systems, and

LOTO procedures

.

Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent. Certified

Appointed Person for Lifting Operations

(in line with LOLER or OPITO standards). ADNOC-approved

Lifting AP Certificate

(or ability to get approval). NEBOSH or equivalent

HSE training

is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
