Vacancy : Elevator Installation Technician

Function : New Installation

Salary offered : 1500 - 2500 based on experience

*Location : UAE
Required No. of Technicians : 10 Technicians*

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Template & Plumb chart Assist in performing the technical job as per the approved electrical / mechanical drawings provided. Good understanding of elevator installation process for shaft survey upto final snag works and preparation for handover to the client. Mandatory to have written and spoken English knowledge. Candidates must have a good understanding of the shop drawings. Assist in performing the work such as maintaining, testing, commissioning and repairing all types of elevators & escalators. Ability to read blueprints and schematics and maintain and repair the equipment accordingly Should have knowledge of all safety procedures at site Assist in performing preventive maintenance, cleaning and other contractual works as per the schedule, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor. Report any abnormalities (interior as well as exterior), missing components etc. observed, to the Supervisor. Carry out adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for elevators in the assigned area, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor. Be aware of Magenta quality procedures, safe working procedures, work requirements etc. and ensure 100% compliance to the company requirement.
Attend any training / Communication / technical courses by provided by the company.

Should assist in dealing effectively and courteously with customers on a day- to-day basis. Critical issues to be reported immediately to the Supervisor/Manager. Any other duties, as directed by the Supervisor/ Manager that will help to improve the service delivery or business activities of Magenta in the field of service and repairs. Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of prior experience in Elevator/Escalator installation.

Can join immediately or on short notice/ Available in UAE

Salary: Up to AED 2,500 per month based on experience and qualifications.

Experience:

Installation: 5 year (Required)

Potential candidate -

ITI or diploma holder, vocational/technical course certificate holder Minimum of two years new installation and service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry. Proven track record in new installation of elevator, till handover to the client. Must have good english communication skills - both written and verbal.
