As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ideal candidate to support our team in providing back-end support and high-level assistance on clients' requests. The successful candidate should be a creative problem solver, have excellent written skills, strong oral English communication skills and work well in a team. Job Responsibilities:

• Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner

• Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs

• Must be well aware with luxury brands and items

• Must be well aware with restaurants, tourist spots, and boutique hotels worldwide

• Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions and tours

• Work with a team of concierge and deliver high-quality service to clientele

• Assists clients in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary

• Provide information and special services to enhance clients' experience

• Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors

• Act as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information and attend to their requests and requirements

• Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, among others

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Head of Concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant

• Previous experience of managing a team

• Must be knowledgeable with top luxury destinations, hotels, and restaurants

• Good communication skills and customer service skills

• Strong knowledge of the community, area, and region is necessary

• Excellent knowledge of local attractions and establishments

• Problem-solving, organization and time management, and supervision skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude

• Skills in multitasking and good time-management

• Strong knowledge on luxury items, lifestyle, fine dining restaurants, and activities worldwide
