Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a skilled

Lifeguard & Swimming Coach

who is passionate about safety, swimming, and five-star guest service.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around all pool areas Provide professional swim coaching and instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool and surrounding areas Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations Respond quickly and efficiently to any emergencies or incidents Maintain accurate records of training sessions, maintenance logs, and incident reports Promote a culture of safety, fitness, and exceptional guest service

Qualifications & Competencies:

Valid Lifeguard Certification CPR and First Aid certification (must be current) Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor (preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude Multilingual skills are a plus
