Job Description

Affordable Group is a leading facility management and security solutions provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high standards of safety and operational excellence. We are immediately hiring for the following professional role:

Lifeguard



1. Lifeguard Position


Essential Requirements:



Certification:

Must possess a valid

UAE Lifeguard License or Certificate

(recognized in Dubai).

Language:

Must speak

good English

(fluent in both spoken and written communication). Physical fitness and stamina suitable for demanding duty hours and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities



Surveillance:

Actively and proactively supervise designated water areas to prevent accidents.

Emergency Response:

Respond immediately to all aquatic emergencies, performing water rescues and administering

First Aid and CPR

.

Safety Enforcement:

Ensure strict adherence to all pool safety rules and regulations by patrons.

Maintenance Checks:

Conduct daily checks of rescue equipment, pool perimeter, and facility areas, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and management.

Compensation Structure


Lifeguard Monthly Salary:


>>>First 6 Months (Probation):

AED 1,300

>>>After 6 Months:

AED 1,600

Working Conditions



Duty Hours:

12 hours per day.

Working Schedule:

30 working days per month.
