Job Description
Job Summary:
The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring the pool area, enforcing rules, and responding to any emergencies. This role is key to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise pool area and ensure safety of all swimmers Enforce pool rules and community/hotel guidelines Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed Check and maintain pool equipment and cleanliness Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Requirements:
Valid Lifeguard Certification CPR and First Aid certification required Strong observation and decision-making skills Responsible, punctual, and professional Prior lifeguarding experience preferred
