Job Description
Job Summary:
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool area. The role includes monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimmers and pool activities to ensure safety at all times. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and unsafe behavior. Perform rescues, CPR, and first aid in case of emergencies. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, equipment, and water quality. Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including pool deck and surrounding areas. Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Perform opening and closing duties as per standard procedures. Participate in regular training and emergency drills. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests when required.
