Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor swimmers and pool areas to ensure safe usage and prevent accidents. Enforce pool rules and regulations courteously and consistently. Perform lifesaving rescues and first aid/CPR when required. Conduct regular checks of pool water quality and cleanliness. Ensure safety equipment is available and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding area. Assist with guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Participate in daily briefings, safety drills, and training sessions. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Lifeguard (UAE-recognized certification from Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, or equivalent). Valid
First Aid and CPR certification
. Minimum 1 year of experience as a lifeguard (preferably in hotels, resorts, or clubs). Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage). Physically fit and able to perform rescue duties. Professional appearance and positive attitude.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
