Lifeguard Responsibilities: *Responsible for the safety of the guests. *Follows safe and healthy work practices. *Evaluates conditions for safety and initiates aquatics emergency action plan as required. *Report any incident or accident to Head lifeguard and/or Director of Security *Assist any person experiencing difficulties using lifesaving techniques and First Aid/CPR where necessary. *Ensure that lifesaving equipment is well maintained and in the correct position at all times.
