Job Description

We are looking for 2 Lifeguards for a Residential building in Dubai (Attractive Pay package.) Responsibilities of the Pool Lifeguard:

• Follow all Lifesaving Program guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Actions Plans.
• Opening and closing the pool everyday.
• Maintain records of the pH and Chlorine levels of the swimming pool daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintain First Aid box present on site.
• Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout day.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool and the surrounding areas and must have basic cleaning knowledge and experience. The Lifeguard will be responsible for the overall maintenance & cleanliness of the pool and its surrounding areas.
• To clean all areas of the pools and walkways, both in the water and above the water, including all pool furniture and paths in order to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and safety
• To report any safety concerns to management in order to maintain the highest standard of guest safety at all times
• To enforce facility rules and provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the aquatic areas as necessary in order to ensure the guest's safety and enjoyable experience
• To maintain a clean environment by picking up garbage in order to provide sanitary surroundings for our guests and colleagues
• Co-operating with management and following policies and procedure to promote a healthy and safe workplace
• Take reasonable care of their health & safety and individuals around them
• Comply with all health & safety procedures and all reasonable management requests
• Take reasonable care of themselves, fellow employees, guests and any other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions

• Report any accident, incident, or unsafe situation as soon as possible, once it comes to their attention

Criteria:

• Certified Lifeguard Training (UAE), First Aid & CPR
• Candidates must be present in UAE
