Job Description

Requirements:

Valid local lifeguard certification CPR and First Aid certification Prior experience as lifeguard (residential or hospitality preferred) Strong swimming and rescue skills Good verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus) Physically fit and able to stay alert during long shifts
Responsibilities:

Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure resident safety at all times Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid, or rescue as needed and as applicable by local law Inspect swimming pool, equipment, and surroundings daily for safety and cleanliness Check and report on the status of swimming pool water quality and chemical levels Report accurately and promptly any incident that may have occurred in the area Provide courteous assistance and customer service to residents and guests Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills
