Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance and savings needs, proposing suitable and customized life insurance plans.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-up.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims while managing assigned portfolios effectively.
• Stay up to date with current life insurance products, features, and market developments.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Support business growth by promoting Orient Insurance's range of life and savings plans.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in life insurance or financial sales, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and selling abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance market and customer preferences is an advantage.
