Ensuring the safety of guests in and around the swimming areas
Providing excellent customer assistance -- guiding guests, answering questions, and offering support
Maintaining cleanliness and order around the pool and relaxation areas
Assisting with guest needs, including equipment distribution and basic support
Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to the management team
Supporting smooth daily operations with a friendly, responsible attitude
What You Need
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety
Ability to stay alert and react quickly in emergencies
Basic swimming and lifeguard skills (official certification is a plus)
Good communication and customer service skills
Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on guest experience
Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards
