We are looking for a
confident, motivational, and experienced Life Coach
to join our team and help elevate staff performance, mindset, and consistency. The ideal candidate is someone who caninspire, guide, and implement structured routines and programs
that drive motivation, accountability, and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:
Motivate and inspire staff to reach both personal and professional goals Design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly motivation routines Create structured programs focused on discipline, productivity, and mindset Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions Monitor progress and provide continuous encouragement and feedback Collaborate with management to align motivation strategies with company goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Life Coach, Motivational Coach, or similar role Strong communication and leadership skills Confident personality with the ability to influence and inspire others Experience in building routines, habits, and performance programs Positive mindset, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
