Job Title: Licensed Property Consultant - Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers and private sellers. Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and prospecting. Understand and analyze client requirements to offer suitable property options. Schedule property viewings and conduct professional presentations. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, communities, and trends. Maintain a database of clients and follow up consistently to convert leads. Close sales deals and assist clients through the entire transaction process.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

Dubai's real estate market

(Off-plan and secondary). Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Strong knowledge of real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.). Networking: expand your network, and contribute to the growth of the company. RERA Certification is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.

Languages: English, Polish, Norwegian, French, Romanian, German, Turkish, Hungarian
