As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance footage, detecting suspicious activities, and ensuring the security and safety of the premises. You will work closely with security personnel and law enforcement agencies to respond to incidents promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor multiple CCTV cameras and surveillance systems simultaneously to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises.
- Detect Suspicious Activities: Continuously scan surveillance footage to identify any unusual or suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Alert Security Personnel: Promptly report any security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities to the appropriate security personnel or authorities.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all surveillance activities, including incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with Security Teams: Collaborate with security guards, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate responses to security threats or emergencies.
- Follow Security Procedures: Adhere to established security protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the effective operation of surveillance systems and the security of the premises.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and troubleshoot technical problems or issues with surveillance equipment, liaising with technical support or maintenance teams as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws, regulations, and company policies governing the use of surveillance systems and the handling of sensitive information.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information obtained through surveillance activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security or surveillance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar security-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures governing surveillance operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring screens.
