Licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant Canvantage FZCO is a Global Business Immigration firm based in Dubai. We are a fast-growing immigration firm focused on helping international entrepreneurs move to Canada and establish their businesses there. We are currently looking for a Licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant with minimum three (3) years of experience dealing with Canadian Business Immigration Clients. The ideal candidates will have experience in dealing with all types of Canadian immigration matters including permanent and temporary-based applications. Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the applications from start to finish
- Candidate MUST be able to work and prepare an immigration file from A to Z with no supervision
- Managing the delivery of business immigration services related to Canadian Permanent Residence matters (PR), as well as associated temporary residence applications
- Independently and effectively managing a high volume of corporate immigration cases under strict deadlines
- Provide timely, comprehensive, and strategic legal counsel to the caseworkers
- Reviewing and ensuring the appropriate preparation and submission of Canadian immigration applications
- Management of multiple files from beginning to end (i.e. from initial document review to final submission drafting)
- Direct communication with clients by phone and email
- Obtaining necessary documents from clients for submissions
- Advising clients on required changes to documents currently on file
- Detailed analysis of documents provided by clients
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Conducting research when necessary and staying up to date with immigration programs
- Keeping current with Canadian immigration laws and regulations
- MUST have minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in Canadian Immigration Law
- Must have extensive experience in business and investors immigration programs including PNPs, Intra company transfers, IMP, C11, Start-Up Visa, work permit and related TR matters, LMIA applications, Free Trade Agreements, Open work permits, business visitor applications
- Owner Operator and its associated process and procedures including business planning
- Intra Company Transferee (ICT) and its associated process and procedures including work permit process
- Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) business and skilled categories
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Very strong drafting skills with the ability to create outstanding submission letters
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
