v To ensure that execution and regular beauty services is 100% as per VLCC Protocol v To be responsible for rendering services like eyebrow, threading, waxing, bleaching as per VLCC Protocol v To render makeup services for clients for special occasions such as engagements, marriage, events etc. v To be proficient in recognizing skin / hair conditions related problems or any concerns and refer clients to respective expert v To ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are understood thoroughly before performing the services v To ensure correct guidance is provided on skin care and soft sell appropriate beauty packages, belle wave & VLPC products v To offer cross selling & recommend VLPC products & other category services v Arrange client appointments in consultation with Beauty head and CCE v To ensure accuracy and completeness of appointment planners v In co-ordination with other Beauticians, handle instruments / equipment carefully and judiciously v To make sure tools and equipment are disinfect and sterilize after every session as per VLCC SOPs v Always ensure general upkeep of the work area v Ensure documentation of Beauty related services are maintained accurately v To prepare and maintain all necessary reports / paperwork on a regular basis To Ensure accuracy of all relevant data is captured in CLM and Beauty cards as per the VLCC SOPs and are updated timely v To participate in executing indoor and outdoor events periodically CUSTOMER DELIGHT v To ensure that customer delight is our no. 1 priority v To partner in achieving center\xe2\x80\x99s Net Promoter Score goal v To demonstrate a smiling and cheerful attitude while meeting & greeting the customers v To show empathy and care to our customers on their concerns by always listening to them v To demonstrate team work to deliver customer satisfaction & service results v To take prompt action to resolve customer escalations/queries if any at any given point of time v To keep a regular check on the Net Promoter Score for the center and your category LEARNING CULTURE v To ensure that there is a paramount focus on self learning v To be abreast and updated with role related developments v To participate in external trainings / certifications to gain knowledge / build new skills v To be abreast in research & study on all obesity & beauty related trends, developments in one\xe2\x80\x99s center/ area v To ensure 4 hours are invested in trainings on a monthly basis to enhance technical / other work-related skills v To identify learning needs and inform the supervisor to coordinate with training manager v To inspire workplace colleagues to enhance knowledge, attitude, and skills via new learning engagements Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
