you greet visitors with a smile and help them quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. You offer assistance with digital questions in an accessible manner or you help people find their way to digital support. You play an active role in compiling (part of) the library collection. You are responsible for smooth library administration and contribute to an efficient, customer-oriented and vibrant library operation. You manage orders smoothly and you follow up the magazine administration. You contribute ideas and help organize reading-related public activities and associated planning. You turn every class visit, book game or group tour into a fascinating journey of discovery through the library. You bring stories to life by reading enthusiastically to young and old.

Job Requirements

You are proficient in common ICT applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and use social media and apps on a daily basis. You are eager to learn and have strong communication skills. Creative thinking is in your nature: you focus on possibilities, not limitations. You are good at dealing with children, both individually and in classes. A passive, wait-and-see attitude is not for you; you actively look for concrete answers or solutions.
