JOB TITLE
Leisure & Entertainment Brand Manager | MAF Entertainment | Leisure & Entertainment
ROLE SUMMARY
The Brand Manager COE is responsible for supporting the Director of Leisure & Entertainment in the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring the alignment of all branding initiatives across Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment brands. This role involves brand performance monitoring, marketing coordination, and the implementation of best practices to enhance customer experience and brand equity.
ROLE PROFILE

Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Support the implementation of global best practices in brand management and marketing.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand integrity and alignment with company objectives.
Support the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Assist in content development for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and website content.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure in-store branding and customer experience are aligned with brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and branding software.
Creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
