Conduct research, gather/obtain information from 3rd parties (For example; Government agencies/establishments) and prepare documents needed for filing of cases to ensure these are complete and in order to avoid rejection by the court
Liaise with the Courts/Lawyers/Court appointed experts to discuss the status of cases filed and the actions to be taken, monitoring progress and following up in order to accelerate settlements and ensure a favourable outcome for the Bank
Use understanding of the legal system to navigate processes and negotiate with the Courts/Lawyers on legal cases, seeking advice and guidance where necessary, in order to expedite these and to reach an agreeable settlement
Provide regular status updates to senior management on the progress of cases to enable any corrective action to be taken in order to achieve the desired outcome

Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

At least 3 years of experience in handling the judiciary with knowledge of the UAE legal system Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law Professional Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Arabic and English speaking Ability to review case files, interact/discuss progress with Lawyers and Courts and document feedback
