Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide legal expertise on social media platform regulations, digital content rights, data privacy, and international internet laws
• Ensure compliance with policies, terms, and guidelines of major social media platforms
• Handle legal disputes and claims, providing advice on content matters, intellectual property conflicts, and regulatory challenges
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including licensing, partnerships, advertising, and sponsorship contracts
• Advise internal teams on legal risks in digital campaigns and user engagement
• Monitor regulatory changes across MENA and global markets, translating them into practical business guidance
• Support compliance with cross-border data transfers and online communication regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed legal best practices into digital operations
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal stakeholders on platform compliance, advertising rules, and digital rights management

Salary Range
AED 40,000 - 50,000/month
Experience (Years & Field)
8+ years in digital law, cyber law, or media law
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's in Law, preferably with specialization in Media or Technology Law
