to support our legal and collection operations. The role involves handling company-related legal documentation, external coordination with authorities, and following up on outstanding customer payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle internal and external legal correspondence and documentation.
Visit and coordinate with
police stations, public prosecution offices, and courts
across all Emirates when required.
Register, review, and monitor ongoing legal cases; prepare and submit related reports.
Draft and send
emails, letters, and case reports in English
.
Liaise with clients, law firms, and government entities to ensure smooth case handling.
Conduct
debt recovery activities
, including contacting customers to collect outstanding payments.
Assist in vehicle-related collection and legal follow-up matters when required.
Maintain accurate records of cases, collections, and communications.
Perform any other work-related tasks as directed by the line manager.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience
in
legal coordination, debt collection, or administrative support
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE legal and administrative procedures
(courts, police, prosecution).
Excellent communication and reporting skills in
English
.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to travel within UAE when required.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Law, Business Administration, or a related field
(legal qualification not mandatory).
