Job Description
- Opportunity to lead in-house team at Dubai based real estate investment house
- Must have previous UAE Legal experience
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters related to real estate development, property management, and investment activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company\'s interests.
- Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law; Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a focus on real estate, property management and investment.
- Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments
