Role Overview: The Legal Manager will oversee all legal aspects of ADG's global operations. This role demands a proactive and dynamic legal professional adept at navigating the complexities of a rapidly growing international business. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of corporate law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance across diverse jurisdictions. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

o Provide legal counsel on corporate structuring, contracts, and regulatory matters. o Develop and enforce legal policies and procedures for global operations. o Coordinate with external legal advisors and internal teams to ensure compliance. o Support business expansion, including establishing entities in new markets. o Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. o Advise leadership on risk management and mitigation. o Ensure compliance with data protection and intellectual property laws. o Manage legal matters related to partnerships, contracts, and shareholder agreements. Key Requirements: o Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in an international corporate setting. o Expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. o Experience with company structuring and expansion. o Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a dynamic mindset. o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. o Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills. o Willingness to travel occasionally.
